If a problem is identified, you will be offered one of the following options in accordance with your request:
Product exchange
Refund
Store credit (a discount amount you can use later)

For payments made by credit card: Refunds will be issued to the same card.
For payments made via bank transfer: Refunds will be made to the IBAN number you provide.

Every product sold at MorkanArt is unique and handmade. Therefore , returns or exchanges without a valid reason are not accepted under the "right of withdrawal".
Return or exchange requests are only valid for damaged or incorrectly shipped items .
All return or exchange requests must be made within 14 business days of the date the product was delivered.

Domestic Shipments (Turkey): All shipments within Turkey are made via PTT Kargo .
International Shipments: Your international orders are shipped via UPS Cargo .
⏱️ Shipping Time
Orders are shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation is received.
Delivery times are as follows:
Within Turkey: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days (may vary depending on the country and customs procedures)
💳 Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the time of ordering and added to the total amount.
For international shipments , customs duties, import fees, and other local charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

📦 Delivery Process
If you notice any damage to the packaging upon delivery, please fill out a damage report with the delivery person and return the product without accepting delivery .
Damages not reported after delivery are the responsibility of the buyer.
