If the product you ordered arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery . To do so:

The information we receive will be reviewed within 5 business days and you will be contacted.
If a problem is identified, you will be offered one of the following options in accordance with your request:
Product exchange
Refund
Store credit (a discount amount you can use later)

For payments made by credit card: Refunds will be issued to the same card.
For payments made via bank transfer: Refunds will be made to the IBAN number you provide.

Every product sold at MorkanArt is unique and handmade. Therefore , returns or exchanges without a valid reason are not accepted under the "right of withdrawal".
Return or exchange requests are only valid for damaged or incorrectly shipped items .
All return or exchange requests must be made within 14 business days of the date the product was delivered.

🚚 Shipping Companies
Domestic Shipments (Turkey): All shipments within Turkey are made via PTT Kargo .
International Shipments: Your international orders are shipped via UPS Cargo .
⏱️ Shipping Time
Orders are shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation is received.
Delivery times are as follows:
Within Turkey: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days (may vary depending on the country and customs procedures)
💳 Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the time of ordering and added to the total amount.
For international shipments , customs duties, import fees, and other local charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

📦 Delivery Process
If you notice any damage to the packaging upon delivery, please fill out a damage report with the delivery person and return the product without accepting delivery .
Damages not reported after delivery are the responsibility of the buyer.

MorkanArt does not accept returns or exchanges as it offers unique and handmade artwork.
However, for any damage that may occur during transport, please contact us as soon as possible.
