Return Process and Conditions

In the unlikely event that a product you purchase from MorkanArt is damaged or defective, please contact us with a detailed description, including photos of the product and its packaging. To do so, please email morkanart2025@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving the product.

Based on the information we receive, we will review and get back to you within 5 business days. If a problem is detected with the product, we will process your request;

  • Product change,

  • Refund or

  • Store credit (for future purchases)

One of the alternatives will be presented.

Refunds will be processed based on the payment method you used to place the order:

  • Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the same card.

  • For payments made via bank transfer, refunds will be made using the IBAN information provided by you.

Important Note

At MorkanArt, every product is unique and handmade. Therefore, we do not accept unjustified returns or exchanges under the "right of withdrawal." Return requests are only valid for damaged or incorrectly shipped products.

Return or exchange requests must be made within 14 business days from the product delivery date.

Shipping Fee Responsibilities

  • In case of damaged or incorrect product, MorkanArt will pick up the product from your address free of charge.

  • In all other cases (for example, due to reasons such as dislike, change of mind etc.), returns are not accepted and therefore, cargo responsibility does not arise.

Morkan Art does not accept any packages sent with cash on delivery.
Products sent without return approval may be lost in cargo or will not be included in the return process.
