MorkanArt - DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
1. PARTIES

This Distance Selling Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded between the following parties under the terms and conditions set out below:

  • Buyer:

    • (Name/surname and contact information specified by the customer in the system.)

TOPIC 2

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product purchased by the Buyer by placing an order through the Seller's website.
The contract has been established between the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Product type, code, quantity, sales price and payment information are as specified in the Buyer's order form and are an integral part of this contract.

4. DELIVERY

The product will be shipped to the delivery address specified by the Buyer. Delivery times are generally 2-7 business days for domestic shipments and 7-21 business days for international shipments.
The seller does not work with a specific cargo company, delivery is made through cargo companies .

5. PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payment is made by credit card via the PayTR platform specified by the Seller. Payment must be completed in full for the order to be completed.

6. RETURN AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

  • Since the products sold are original works (original oil paintings), returns are not accepted.

  • To cancel the order, the Buyer must contact the Seller via e-mail before the product is shipped.

7. TELİF HAKKI

The intellectual and artistic copyrights of all products sold belong to the artist. The sale does not include the transfer of copyright.

8. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • The Buyer accepts that he/she has read and is aware of all the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics of the contractual product, sales price, payment method and delivery, and that he/she has confirmed this information electronically.

  • Antalya Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this contract.

9. ENFORCEMENT

This Agreement shall enter into force on the date it is electronically approved by the Buyer.
