At MorkanArt, your original oil paintings are meticulously packaged and delivered to you safely. Our shipping policy below provides information about our delivery process.
CARGO COMPANIES

Domestic Shipments (within Türkiye): All shipments within Türkiye are made via PTT Cargo.

International Shipments (International): Our international shipments are carried out with UPS Cargo.
SHIPPING TIME

Your orders will be delivered to cargo within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time may vary depending on your city or country:

Deliveries within Türkiye usually take place within 3–7 business days.

International deliveries may take 7–21 business days depending on country and customs procedures.

SHIPPING FEES

Kargo ücretleri, sipariş sırasında sepetinizde otomatik olarak hesaplanır ve toplam tutara eklenir.

Yurt dışı gönderilerde, varış ülkesindeki gümrük vergileri, ithalat ücretleri ve diğer ek maliyetler alıcıya aittir.
CARGO TRACKING

When your order is shipped, a cargo tracking number will be sent to your registered e-mail address.

DELIVERY PROCESS

If you detect any damage to the product packaging during delivery, we kindly ask you to file a report with the cargo officer and return the product without receiving it.

The buyer is responsible for any damages not reported after delivery.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE
